Process of sending back a product

I ordered an Apple Watch for my mother, online a couple weeks ago. And she doesn’t like it. So I’m was wondering what’s the process I need to do to send the watch back, and receive my money back also.

Returns I bought myself the Apple Watch series 4 for myself for Mother’s Day on May 8 2019. I really don’t use it as much as I had hoped to and I don’t have the packaging anymore and there’s no one willing to pay a decent amount on Kijiji/marketplace for it .. anyone know if Apple would take it back somehow ?
