I can't get the APP store to open with Catalina

The app store won't open. It just goes to a blank screen and a death spiral

Someone suggested resetting the keychain but it won't allow me to do that.

MacBook Air 11″, macOS 10.15

Try a different wi-fi network; office, library or a coffeeshop.
