Can’t purchase items on Pokémon Go app

My daughter and son use PokemonGO app but I have suddenly been unable to purchase items within the app (either using the in-game coins and also using real money). The app developer says there is nothing wrong with the app and that I should contact apple for support.

in-app purchases in Pokemon Go doesn't work I have been stuck for a few days now being unable to make a in-app purchases in Pokemon Go, I checked my credit card and there is nothing wrong there. And I have not changed phones or setting either so I have no idea why this is happening. Was there a recent update that broke this? Thanks for anybody's help.

Pokémon Go system hangs Trying to buy coins to the Pokémon go but it’s always not going through even though I have some funds in my Apple gift card. I did delete the game, restart my iPhone and add the game again but it’s still the same. My mom also removed the ask permission for me to buy some coins but it’s still not working.
