How do I auto start apps for all users in OS X???

I work in a University were we have 10-200 different user ID's logging into a machine in a week. We do not create local accounts for these users. I am trying to auto start two apps but I can't seem to do this for everyone that logs into the device via Active Directory. I understand how to do it for each individual account via "System Preferences>Users and Groups>Login Items". That is not doing us any good for multi user machines. I can't find anything that shows how to do this on the web. So if anyone else could point me in the right direction that would be great. I am guessing a simple startup script would work, but I am not a very good script writer please help.

Thank you for any ideas!
