Sleep button on the display is missing

Hello everyone I just bought my Macbook pro 2020 13 inch well I have been a windows user all my life can anyone tell me does the newer MacBook models don't show the sleep button when its switched on mine doesn't show sleep button but does show the shutdown and restart a gap is left in b/w them I have clicked on the shows restart sleep and shutdown button option but its doesn't show is any one facing it or its common I have got it my MacBook checked by the apple service centre my Mac didn't show any signs of hardware damage everything was working fine the guy also didn't know what to do about the issue

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

That's normal, now. If you leave the machine alone, it will go to sleep. Or, just close the lid.
