T-Mobile Protection 360

You have to use T-Mobiles insurance plan, you should have received materials with your phone when you bought it otherwise call T-Mobile. That is not the same as AppleCare + and you are not eligible for the $29 screen replacement from Apple.

If T-mobile provide the cover surely you need to arrange the repair through T-mobile? If you go direct to Apple you may not get it at that price.
