I bought this docking station: https://www.amazon.com/-/es/VA-DK004/dp/B086DS5Q6K hoping to connect my macbook pro 16'' to two different screens through the same usb-c port. However, when I connect two hdmi to two different monitors it shows them as if they were the same screen. Is that a problem of the OS?
I have mirror displays turned off.
I note the description on Amazon states, "Brilliant Performance with Dual Display: Try out the latest 4k@60Hz ultra high-definition video in the Mirror Mode with your projector, HDTV or monitor." Possibly the dock does actually not support two separate displays, but rather just splits the signal to two HDMI output ports.
Personally, I recommend Elgato and OWC docks for Macs, Belkin is ok too. I'd avoid CalDigit and any other brands, and remember that there's a reason the Elgato and OWC docks cost >$200.

The Belkin dock you link will not provide power to your Mac, so you'd need to connect the power adapter directly. The Elgato dock you link is the one I have, work great.
