I have a new Mac-mini and a Magic Keyboard. How do I pair the keyboard when it doesn’t work yet?

I have a new Mac-mini and a previous manic keyboard. How do I pair the keyboard? Can’t get to home screen until I setup new monitor!

If it

s the Apple keyboard, connect it to the computer with its Lightning to USB cable. This should make it pair. You can the disconnect it and use Bluetooth.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately I don’t have any port to plug into. I did find an old wireless mouse with a dongle so I’m using that to get past the monitor setup. I think I can get to migration assistant with that and should be good.
