Setting up Apple Cash - Error message

how can I use Apple Pay card? I simply get the error message “Apple Pay services are not available. Please try again later”. I have it on one iphone but on a second device I can’t get it.

Apple Pay setup Hi, I've been trying to set up apple cash ever since I got my phone (iPhone 11) but it would always say "Could Not Set Up Apple Cash" -Apple Pay services are currently unavailable. Please try again later.- It has been giving me this error message every time I try to set it up. It has been about 7 months now since I got the phone and the error has persisted. could not set up Apple Pay error Not able to add Apple Card to the Apple Pay. A message of " An error occurred while setting up Apple Pay" alway appears every time when I tried. I have already one credit card in the wallet. When trying to setup a Apple Cash, it showed " Apple Pay services are currently unavailable. Please try again later", in the last 4-5 days. I have an Apple Card approved 4 days ago. Thanks, Yijian

try signing out of your Apple ID and back in. Are you at least 18 and in the USA? do you have the Apple ID region set correctly for both devices? are you using the same Apple ID on both devices?
