Display stain or display hardware damage?

I have just noticed that my iMac Pro display has what look like stains at the corner. I tried to clean but soon realized that the stains are not on the surface.... but it is under the glass. It can be noticed only when the screen background is in light color. From the beginning I never notice it because the default OS background is dark at the corner. Also I set most of my apps to work in dark mode.

Could this be the display hardware problem or just stains left during assembly? The one-year warranty was just expired and the Apple customer service seems to think that it is the hardware problem. Before I lose more money I need to find another opinion. I searched about the pixel damage but nothing appears like mine. In may case, the stains have a marble effect. My computer is just over one year and it has been rarely used. No accident of any kind. I attached the zoomed picture (at the lower right corner). Anyone has any ideas please share.

Many thanks

Thanks for the correction! Yes, regular 27" iMac has similar design and it has had similar problem since 2010. I did't buy Apple Care Plus because, I had good experience with Apple's products. They are normally of high quality. So I never thought this $12,000 machine will have major problem. This problem is not major but I just thought if it is caused by design flaw or faulty assembly, then it should be recalled. The company should not ask customers to pay for the extra warrantee or pay for the service.
