All my photos show in Icloud.com I have 600 photos and I cannot do a mass copy to put on my pc.

icloud installed on win 10 (latest update) , at start of it there is an error (unable to create directory for icloud photos . restarting your computer might be resolve the issue error 376) just this past week the update for windows installed.....

If I can't copy my photos in one mass deleting icloud for windows and reinstalling is not the answer. I'm not about to individually copy one photo at a time to my pc - there has to be another way to resolve this problem.
