Have you tried using iTunes on a computer or Finder if running Catalina to do the update?
Hi! I am not sure I understand what you’re trying to ask. Could you please give more details?
Also, please include:
• iPhone Model
• iOS version
• I would also ask for your hardware version, but I kind of forgot how to find it. All I know is that the first-generation iPhone SE’s hardware version is “iPhone 8,4”.
