Can no longer connect MP3 player to MacBook Pro

I have a new Tenswall Digital Music Player (MP3). I loaded music on to it an hour ago by connecting it via USB to my MacBook Pro. All music loaded successfully & plays successfully on MP3 player.

An hour later, decided to load more music and thus plugged the MP3 player back into MacBook Pro via USB again. It no longer shows up as a device. Have tried multiple USB ports, no luck, though other devices work on these USB ports. Obviously, the MacBook Pro software and Tenswall software are up-to-date and compatible, since I have loaded music on to it an hour ago. Have looked on desktop and in "About This Mac>Storage", and the device does not show up either place. Am at a loss as to how to get my MacBook Pro to recognize this device again. Any help would be appreciated.
