Trade-In Kit

I just purchased an iPhone SE, and I have an iPhone 7 to trade in to take off my payment amount. I did not receive a trade-in kit though

The kit doesn't come from Apple, it comes from a 3rd party company they work with and normally comes after you receive the iPhone. If more than 10 days go by and you don't receive it call AppleCare.
