How do I get Xfinity to release my phone so I can activate my service with Verizon

I had Xfinity cell phone service and am transferring service back to Verizon. Xfinity said they issued unlock so I could move my phones to Verizon but it's been 24 hours and I still can't use my phone because Xfinity hasn't released my phones.

Can anyone tell me what to do? I have NO cell service and really need my phone.

Sorry, but there is nothing anyone here can do to assist you with this matter. It will be between you and Xfinity to get this resolved. You may also find that Verizon may be able to help "speed" this along, but I wouldn't count on it.
