You need to go a bit beyond uninstalling...
Uninstall CleanMyMac per their directions then run etrecheck again to see what chaff it left.

Post the total report.
Get rid of CleanMyMac and CCleaner. Never install such useless junk on a Mac.
Biggest issue by far - you only have 4 GB of RAM, and you can't do anything to increase it. Your Mac, at the time of the report, has had to resort to 1.1 GB of swapping RAM to disk or back. That's a big performance killer.
Need to delete & restart...
