Hello guys.
I’ve been renaming songs and albums on itunes and looked at the Itunes folder on my laptop and nothing has been changed. (The files)
Is there a way to update the file in the itunes folder so that it’ll be updated?
If that makes any sense

Check under Edit > Preferences > Advanced that Keep iTunes Media folder organized is checked.
Otherwise if there is a disconnect between metadata that you enter in iTunes and what shows in Windows Explorer see Repair security permissions for iTunes for Windows - Apple Community.
