I have the iPhone 7 Plus it’s never been like this but here recently within the past week or two when someone calls me I can barely hear what they are saying in my volume is all the way up they can hear me fine it’s just my end it’s like I have the volume all the way down and I don’t what could this be?

A large number of users are reporting difficulty hearing, especially when on phone calls. This happens on many different iPhone models. I believe I've tried all of the suggestions that have been made in this forum. I have to use the speaker to hear phone conversations. I have reported this issue on the Apple feedback page. Please help by reporting the problem there. Apple does not monitor this forum.
