How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery?

sorry I wasn't explained clear. I mean I have download the macOS Sierra in USB but couldn't find the Applications folder??

It is still the same as before I opened Disk Utility, elect the Disk (Apple SSD SM01…) then tried click "Erase" but it was invisible????? I couldn't click it???
