Apple Care for 2020 MacBook Air

I purchased a 2020 MacBook Air 2 weeks ago from a authorised seller but Apple is showing that I'm not eligible for Apple Care.

Can anyone tell me why this is?

You should be eligible. I'd suggest having your receipt handy and calling Apple:
