Sworkit app on Apple TV

How do I know my sworkouts are downloading? I have the Sworkit app on my Apple TV. It says “your sworkouts are downloading! This may take several minutes the first time” with a 0% that doesn’t move. The Apple TV eventually goes to the screen saver. I’ve used the app through my phone and have screen mirrored in order to use my big screen TV, but I should be able to use the app from Apple TV.
