apple watch reminders not mirrored

I have a series 3 Apple Watch. Lately, my reminders are not syncing with my phone. I will get notified on my Apple Watch for a reminder from hours ago. Then, when I go to mark it as completed on my watch, nothing happens. It will not let me mark it as completed. My phone is running on iOS 13.6.1

reminders not syncing between Apple Watch and iPhone (or iPad or Macbook) Since updating my Apple Watch to WatchOS7 and my iPhone 11 to IOS 14, Reminders on my watch are not syncing with my phone. I check them off as done on my phone, but they remain on my watch. I check them off on my watch, but they remain on my phone. I have tried 1. Resetting the sync data, 2. Erasing and restoring the watch, 3. Removing and restoring reminders on iCloud, but nothing has fixed this issue. Anyone else having this issue?

upgraded to iPhone 15 pro max - now reminders don't synch with apple watch Earlier today I replaced my iPhone 12 Pro Max with an iPhone 15 pro max. Everything about this seemed to go smoothly…. except that reminders now won’t sync to (or from) the watch. Reminders still sync to my iPad and my Mac. Also, everything else that should sync to the watch has done so (e.g. contacts). The watch is an Ultra (last year’s version), and both devices are updated to the most recent Vera of the OS. I’m baffled. How do I fix this?
