Can't use my AirPod Pros on my HP laptop

AirPod Pros will not install driver correctly on my HP Elitebook laptop. They do show up as a Bluetooth device, so it is not a recognition issues. I believe there are drivers or software that is needed to make it work on my laptop.

airpod pros will not connect to macbook my airpod pros have been connected to my iphone and work well. they are also 'connected' as it states on my macbook but they don't work. Any ideas? I've been through standard process on mac.
