I got a new iPhone 11. But it has a crackly speaker so it is being returned. I need to clear everything but I am having issues with the 4 digit screen time passcode. I don’t recall setting one up but I must have at some point. When I go to reset it all I get is Failed Attempt even though I was never given the chance to insert a new one. I’m having the same issue with my iPhone 8 which will be sold when I get to use my iPhone 1. Hope someone can help.
