screen time

I have been having so many problems with screen time passcode. I can't remember the 4 digit passcode on my iphone 11. It does not allow me to change it or turn it off even when I hit forgot passcode, I sign into my apple account from another device but it still does not allow me to get in it for screen time without too many attempts. I am at 28 attempts and I am afraid that I will get locked out of my account. Does anyone have this problem? I have worked with several advisors through apple and nothing has been successful. Apple can't even solve this issue... I need a genius for this one. Thank you
