My Iphone 5s was disabled by my 93 yr. old Dad. The home screen says " Iphone is disabled, connect to iTunes". When I read the instructions about how to unlock the phone they all seem to refer to phones where you don't know the passcode. I do know the passcode (but my Dad didn't and was trying to use it while I was away). I don't want to lose everything on the phone, so I just want to unlock it, not restore it. I don't really want to change the passcode if I don't have to. Can you link me to the proper instructions on how to do this? Thanks
