My icloud backup doesnt work

I keep on trying to backup up my phone so i can store my photos easily and i follow these steps i should put it in power,lock it,wifi and i have a large space in my icloud so i can backup but it still it doesnt work what should i do

iPhone 7, iOS 13

See - If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.
