Can you have 1 Apple ID account with 3 devices? Especially without all three syncing.

Yes, you can have 3 devices on on Apple ID. Just don't sync them with iCloud.

Go to Settings/Your Name/iCloud and uncheck all the items listed there.

How can you stop them from syncing? my storage is getting full from all the stuff that is on it
