MacBook Pro high CPU intermittent

My Mac goes slow intermittently, have noticed kernel task takes 80%cpu and then my come down as well, which machine is not used

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.10

Please attempt to capture a screenshot of Activity Monitor when it exhibits that behavior, and post it in a reply.
