Random Freeze and power off

I have 2019 MacBook Pro 13.3 4thunderbolt ports. It suddenly freezes giving no response for a few seconds then turns power off and restarts. It is making this behaviour randomly some time while I'm absolutely doing nothing on it. It was making this every few days but now several times a day.

It is updated to the latest version of Catalina.

iMac restarts repeatedly when external drives are connected My iMac (14,3) has started rebooting when any external drive is connected to any port at any time. It starts with a trackpad freeze, then a restart without any message. I've tried starting in Safe Mode and it still happens. No issues when no external drives are connected. I reinstalled the OS (Catalina) in the hopes that would fix the issue, but it did not. I'm starting to think it is not a software issue, but a hardware problem with the ports. A short, perhaps? Nothing seems loose. Thank for the assistance. Dani
