Help! Need video audio 🙏🏾

I screen recorded a meeting with my headphones but my mic was off. When I tried to listen to the playback there was no sound. Is there anyway to recover the sound? TIA

Recorded Videos have no sound Whenever i record a video it has no sound the volume button on the bottom is grayed out and when i click on it nothing happens. How do i fix this its not a microphone issue of apps since all my apps have access to it, its just something that happens in the photo app. I’ve reset it, turned off silent mode disconnected bluetooth but nothing works please help.
