I have seen questions on here before like this, although I personally have not experienced what you describe with my Series 4. It may just be something as easy as wearing the watching a little higher up on your wrist, so that it does not touch your hand and inadvertently activate on its own. It also could, possibly, need a cleaning, see the steps described. Jonathan UK, has some additional advice regarding this problem in an excellent post in this thread on a similar problem.
