The iPhone 5S can not be upgraded beyond iOS 12.4.8.

Today I tried to update the latest iOS version on an iPhone 5s though iTunes, I restore the device and you known that in this process iTunes install the current iOS version after erase the older version, so do you know how could I return or install the iOS 12.4.8?
