Buy a new phone is my advice. That one is a wreck .

My iPhone 7 is no more using camera or flashlight, I can’t even use the microphone or voice recorder and when I receive any call I only get black screen and they can’t hear me or do I hear any of them

Have you just updated your iPhone 7 to ios14?

If so it could be a whole different problem

The problem started before I updated the news iOS but even after that it still exists

kaycia ~ 80% is considered the threshold for a healthy battery. So 77% implies you need to replace it. And that would be expected considering the age of your iPhone 7 Plus.

It is an update issue. Do a factory reset then restore it and then update it to 14.0.1 it will fix camera+flash issue but microphone will have to wait for new update again.
