All of a sudden my calls are showing up as "No Caller ID." When I go to settings to check that it is not selected, I don't have a Caller ID option. Did that option get moved to another place in settings?

Settings > Phone is where my option to turn my Caller ID on or off is located.
But this isn't for incoming calls. No Caller ID on an incoming call indicates that the caller has turned off their Caller ID.
Sorry, I misunderstood the direction. I have an iPhone 11 Pro, not an iPhone 11, but I don't believe there should be a difference.
The Show My Caller ID setting along with the Call Forwarding and Call Waiting settings are a little bit special in that they are dependent upon your carrier and your account supporting them. You're missing all of those settings which makes me wonder if there's something going on with your connection or your carrier's servers. It could be that a carrier update for your phone might also be needed. In your case, I'd give your carrier support a call.
Not incoming, outgoing. This just started happening. Showing up when I call family and friends as No Caller ID. Do you have an iPhone 11? I have 11 with iOS 13.6.1 and that option doesn't show up.

Verizon iPhones don't have any settings for turning on or off Caller ID from the phone. You'll definitely need to call Verizon.
