A problem about iOS updates.

Good evening, I'm facing a problem with my iPhone 11 pro. Am unable to update the phone over OTA, whenever I go to Settings>Software updates I get a message saying 'Unable to check for updates. Then I updated the phone though iTunes from IOS13.5 to 13.6 before the release of 13.6.1 and the same problem happened when I wanted to update to 13.6.1 and I couldn't update unless I did it through iTunes. before I updated to 13.6.1 I erased all the content of the phone and restored it from iCloud but nothing changed.

Regards

Software updates require you use a computer or a Wi-Fi network.
