Good morning I have an iPhone 7 that I bought second-hand and brings an icloud cent but it asks me for a password and I don't know the owner. I don't know if you could help me unlock it or get in touch with the owner to see if you can give me the password

Nobody here nor anyone at Apple can help. The password is known only to that previous owner. If you dont know or cannot contact them, there is no way for you to sign that Appleid our of icloud and disable activation lock.
