Good afternoon. It was an authorized service center.
I'll try to tell the story from the beginning. In may 2018, I bought an Iphone 8, and immediately to protect it, I used the Element Case Solace LX. 1.5 years I did not remove it. But in September 2019, I decided to take it off to clean it. In the lower-right corner between the display and the case, I found a toback. I looked carefully and realized that the lower right corner of the display is moving. I used to have an Iphone 5s, and I am familiar with the situation, on the Iphone 5s I had the glass coming off the screen. I contacted Apple technical support and was advised to take the phone to an authorized service center, and I did so. The authorized service center accepted my phone for warranty service, the warranty is confirmed, as the master examined my phone, there was no damage, no scratches, no liquid in the SIM card slot. A week later, a man called me and introduced himself as a master of repairing my phone, he reported that there was water in my phone and canceled the warranty. When I came to pick up my phone, I saw that it was badly scratched in the area of the power button, as if it was carelessly disassembled, I left a mark in the documents. I contacted technical support again, and the specialist asked me to take a picture of the SIM card slot.I did it and sent him a photo. He confirmed that there was water in the phone. And he refused to talk to me. I gave the phone for examination, and the expert confirmed that the phone was very poorly disassembled, there are scratches inside and outside, the phone is bent, there is a gap between the screen and the case, there is water in the phone. I handed over the phone to the service center in excellent condition, there was no damage to the data. If these damages were present, the service center specialist would have seen it and would not have accepted my phone for warranty service. This is Apple's regulations! I wrote an Apple claim. This document was reviewed and asked me to send them a phone number to solve the problem. Since then, Apple has my phone, and they refuse to return it to me. I went to court. I won the court case, but Apple cancels the decision and delays it. For almost a year I have been without a phone, Apple refuses to pay damages and refuses to return the phone. I don't know what to do.
