I'm unable to send MMS texts using Apple's Messages App. Mac OS Catalina 10.15

I'm running Catalina (10.15) on my Mac Pro (Mid 2010). How do I fix this issue?

SMS is fine.
MMS does not send, every time.
It works fine from my phone, not the desktop.

I've restarted the computer.
I've restarted the phone.
I've signed in to iCloud through System Preferences (under Manage)

If you have any ideas, I should would like to hear them!

Log out of iMessage on your computer and on your iPhone. Log back in on the phone. Once it has activated, log back in on the computer. Then, on your iPhone, go to Settings>Messages and make sure MMS is enabled. Then, go to Settings>Messages>Text Message forwarding and connect your computer again.
