Only if your credit card company offers that, but it would be the same whether you use Apple Pay or use the card directly without using Apple Pay. I have a Citi Double Cash Card for example and get 2% cash back on all purchases whether or not they were done using Apple Pay.

The Citibank card gives me 2% on all purchases (1% for the purchase, 1% for the payment at the end of the month).

The Apple Card gives me 3% with some merchants, 2% with others only if they accept Apple Pay, and 1% for all others. See: Get unlimited Daily Cash with Apple Card - Apple Support

I have both and I earn more with the Citi card, but that may be different for you depending on where you use it.

I don’t want my debit card associated with the Apple Card, my credit might not be perfect but I know how to manage my money balance, I am asking that you separate my debit card information from your application accompanied with your Apple Card account, I can balances my own spending without the Apple Card and it’s limitations, Thank you
