Ipad Model MD510X, IOS 9.2.1 not updating

I have an Ipad Model MD510X, IOS 9.2.1, I haven't used it for a while and am now trying to update to 10.3.3. It shows the update is available, and when you click on it, it just loads and does not download or install update.

Any solutions?

an iPad 4th gen can run iOS 10, maybe try using a pc or Mac

iPad mini won’t update beyond 9.3.5... My First Generation iPad mini won’t update beyond 9.3.5, however the information provided by Apple says it needs to be updated to 9.3.6 before too long. Any suggestions on how I can do this?
