That suggests case warping/damage. If it was caused by mechanical damage (dropped Mac, sat on Mac, etc.), and the computer is working well, it's ok. But, case warping can also be caused by a failing battery and that's a hazard. Check your battery status (About this Mac > System Report, look under Power for condition and cycle count or use a utility like CoconutBattery).
I had the computer come in a few weeks ago after getting a full keyboard replacement and apple had also replaced the battery.
