I have the iPhone 7 Plus and if I hold the home button Siri works but I don’t like to type to her it was working fine before I could say hey Siri now it won’t work I just wanna talk and say hey Siri and it work please help
Settings > General > Accessibility > Siri > Type to Siri [Disable]

It’s an issue with latest update 14.0.1 Apple should issue another update with bug fix for microphone
I have the same problem and heard this too about the original v14 roll out so I waited for 14.1 which made no difference for me either.
My iPhone 7 Plus no longer vocally responds when I say "Hey Siri." I only receive text messages back and no voice response.
