ECG cycles from 30 sec to 27-ish, repeats

Has worked fine for 18+ months but now it just cycles from 30 seconds to around 27 or so then starts over. I've tried a reset pushing the crown and reset button but that didn't change the behavior. Watch has been kept clean except for the occasional sweat from exercise sessions. Is there a end user fix for this or is this a trip to Apple for repair? Both watch and iphone SE2020 have the latest OS. I have CHF so this feature is the reason I purchased the watch.

Thanks in advance.

Whew! Oh boy; that was a lot of reading. Seems I've seen that in the beginning when I first got the watch. I do have a pacemaker (for 6 weeks now) and the ECG worked fine still until 2 days ago. There was a dramatic difference in the sinus rhythm from before and after the procedure with the latter being more defined and consistent so I was quite impressed with it all. I just don't understand why all of a sudden I can barely get a reading to complete. I'll stay after it since this is very important to my well being. Thank you, by the way.

Eh, that seems to be of the same reading as the first reply but I'll trudge through it. Specifically what I'm experiencing is it worked fine until a few days (5 or so) ago...... I do thank you for the support link and will pursue that route next. Is there a cleaning service that the Apple Store can do as I'm thinking of taking it in for help? I have not as yet removed the app and reinstalled it as I think I would lose all my previous ECG data. Thanks again.
