Open backup on my new iPhone
the backup first didn't complete and I open my new phone, now the backup on my old phone completed hope I can open the new backup on my new phone?

Alright, here are some ways you can put the backup on to your new phone!
Open up the iTunes app and plug in your new phone. If your old phone's backup is stored there, you should see a way to click "Load Backup"
