This is a public user to user only forum. You posted your serial number to other users. It's not wise to post personal information in a public forum, so I have asked the forum hosts to remove the serial number for your safety.
Take a flashlight and look in the charging port in your iPad. There could be an accumulation of lint in the back, which is preventing the lightning charge from connecting. Do NOT use forced air to try to clean it. Take something like a wooden toothpick and try to gently pry any debris in their out, then see if you can charge your iPad.
If that doesn't work, do you have another cable you can try? Sometimes cables just go bad. If you find you have no debris there and another cable doesn't work either, see this link for other suggestions, but if none work, you'll need to take your iPad to your Apple Store Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help.
