I owe Apple Pay 15 dollars for nothing

So this was a issue I had where I owe -15 dollars to Apple Pay card for no real reason. Doesn’t make sense because if I initially didn’t have money in the wallet how would it just take out -15 out of thin air. Second I paid someone that 15 dollars before hand to someone while using the application and it worked just fine but I got a -15 dollar like the next two days after that
