i am running out of storage quickly and I am doing great on iCloud storage but I need to find out how to buy more regular storage . Also I need to know how to take all my photos from my iCloud and just on my regular phone .

Yes, I am very sure. There is no iPhone where it is possible to upgrade the storage after purchase.

You cannot buy more storage on the phone itself after you purchased the phone. The only option close to that would be to buy a new phone with more storage.
