Bluetooth connection

Is there a way to stop auto connection of Bluetooth?


when I’m using AirPods and then walk to my truck it automatically switches to my truck when I’m in range? Why does that make sense to anyone? I’m already on my headset. Or when I manually disconnect from it while I’m on my porch then a few minutes later it decides to connect again. Using an XS Max. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Unfortunately there is no way of stopping auto connection . But delete/forget your phone's Bluetooth settings and your car will stop auto connecting. to do that follow the following steps:

Settings- Bluetooth-Click on car's name- Click Forget this device
