Apple TV 4K - just black screen but with audio watching anything in Neon and Netflix wont load. Did anyone ever get this fixed?

This is a clearly known issue but I cannot seem to find an answer other than try it in another tv. I just bought a new 68” 4k TV - and it will only play Apple TV items. Neon plays audio and the screen is black; Netflix just won’t load movies or TV shows. It’s soooooo annoying! Some people have said to restart it every time but that doesn’t even work. I feel like it worked for a day, which others have said as well.
